How to Remove FRP Lock on Any Samsung Smartphone

FRP or Factory Reset Protection is a very powerful security feature. However, it can get very frustrating when you never intend to use this feature or it becomes a hindrance.

FRP blocks access to Android devices after a factory reset until the login credentials for the relevant Google account are entered. This is inconvenient when you forget your account details or password or both.

You won't be able to use your phone without a password or other account credentials. Users also report that they have been unable to use their second-hand phones because of FRP. Purchased second-hand phones are often logged into the previous user's Google account.

In either case, the obstacles are equally frustrating. Is there any way to bypass the account verification screen and gain access to the device?

The answer is YES!

FRP locks can be removed on Android Samsung devices using DroidKit. This is a great app to bypass the account verification screen and remove FRP locks and associated accounts after a factory reset.

Let's take a closer look at this problem and the process of solving it.

What is FRP?

FRP or Factory Reset Protection is a feature introduced by Google that prevents access to Android devices after a factory reset to prevent phones from falling into the wrong hands or misplaced/lost.

It also prevents malicious users from factory resetting your device without your consent. This can only be done by entering your Google Account login credentials.

This is great for adding a layer of security to your phone if you ever lose it.
